Inspiration and Theme

Since we are celebrating our marriage in such an intimate setting, we are asking family to consider joining with us in a color scheme so photographs are coordinated.

Please consider:

Warm, rich, jewel tones. This time of year the landscape is likely to be a blend of brown, dark green, and white and we are looking to provide a pop of color and contrast without feeling unnatural or loud.

Sophisticated, classic cuts. Although we are getting married outside we encourage the men to wear suits and women to wear longer dresses.

Avoid pattern/print, bedazzling, sequins, sparkles, etc.

Functional shoes- the ceremony site is a short walk off of the road and there will be snow/dirt.

We realize the ceremony and photos will be cold and will assist with providing a warm, on-theme outer layer for the women. Men are encouraged to layer under their suits.
